James (Jim) Clark is a Texas Panhandle Native, growing up in Canadian, Texas. He earned his bachelor degree in Business Agriculture with an award for excellence from West Texas State University in Canyon, Texas. He attended Texas Tech School of Law and earned his Doctorate of Jurisprudence in 1974. He has been a solo practitioner for over 38 years practicing criminal law, family law, and estate and probate law. He also handles simple real estate transactions and driver’s licenses matter. He has tried thousands of family law and criminal cases with outstanding results.
Jim has been married to his wife, Penny for 38 years. They have 2 children and 3 grandchildren. Jim is a licensed pilot and enjoys sailing on the open seas.
Penny has managed the law office for 38 years. She is a graduate of West Texas A&M and has a paralegal certificate. She is also a certified mediator. She assists him with his all of his cases. Penny enjoys arts and crafts and loves murder mysteries
Born and raised in Pampa, Texas, Kelley Malone is an exciting young lady who loves spending time with her family and friends. After graduating from Pampa High School, she started Amarillo College in paralegal studies, and started an internship with James Clark Law Firm. Since then, she has graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Applied Science. She has a lot of ambition and loves researching the law to help Jim get a win with his cases.
